This blog is generally about ladies over 50 trying to lose weight and stay in shape. It is my intention to motivate myself and anyone that is struggling with weight or body image issues after menopause. I am also open to what other women are doing to stay in shape and get some of the ‘junk out of their trunk’. I am not looking to be super skinny, just lose about 20-25 lbs and feel better about my appearance.
There have been a couple of times in my life that I wore a size 4, and as I recall I was not very happy with those results. Believe it or not, I was too small. Clothes did not look good on me, I had no butt, and boobs were non-existant. So I am looking to be somewhere in the middle, happy and healthy, with nice boobs and a butt I can be proud of!
